Morning Hacks for Starting Right.

Happy new week friends! I have been working on being more productive with my days and I have been doing well for some time now with help from the points noted below and Centrum MultiGummies available at Walmart.

It's just a few weeks left in this year and I know some of you are about to get busier than you already are; so today, I am sharing how I set myself up to achieve more during the day. I believe the morning is the most important part of the day so let's take care of that. First, you want to: 
- Get your body into a morning routine - I cannot remember the last time I set my alarm to wake me up in the morning; my body has been conditioned to wake up at the same time every day no matter what time I go to bed. Getting into a habit takes time so you would have to be patient and more importantly disciplined during the process of training your body and mind. Set your alarm for the same time every day (or at least 5 days a week), and resist the urge to hit snooze when it rings. 
- Get up and stay up - this is so important because I have made the mistake of getting up and going back to bad a few times - a no no. It messes up the whole schedule. This is only allowed if you really have the extra two hours your body is going to steal from you. trust me, that 2 minutes stretch your plan on doing becomes an hour long nap. Avoid it.
- Start right - For me, this involves a quick cold water face wash and brushing my teeth (to awaken the senses); prayer; drinking some water; exercise (it can be a quick stretch) and shower.
